Accounting

Facilities and Planning Accounting and Finance is responsible for the total accounting functions of the department, including oversight of the financial planning, budgeting, accounting, reporting and financial analysis. Staff manage an annual operations budget of over $12M per annum, a biennial capital repair and improvement budget of $10.6M and over $170M in major construction and renovation projects. Our accountants work closely with project managers, contracts staff and customers to ensure that payments to vendors are processed smoothly and projects are completed within budget.
