The Art Building sits on the East side of Fifth Avenue.  Lincoln Street bounds the structure to the South. It consists of three levels above ground, a basement level below street level, and parking.
A retail building adjoins on the South side of the building, which is not part of PSU.  The Art Department resides in this building.

The Art Building was acquired in Fall 2000.
