Neuberger Hall is located on Broadway between Harrison and Hall Street to the North and South, just South of Smith Memorial and North of Shattuck Hall. Its rear facade faces the Park Blocks. Skybridges on the second and third floors lead from the North side to Smith Memorial, Parking 2, the School of Business Administration and the School of Education (Graduate).  A tunnel leads from the basement to Smith Memorial. 

Neuberger Hall contains classrooms, faculty offices, arts and language departments.   The first floor includes the offices of Admissions, Cashiers, Parking, the Registrar, Payroll, and other university business offices. The office of the dean for the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences is located on the fourth floor. The Speech and Hearing and Student Health Services is in the basement. 

The building was constructed in two halves, in 1960 and 1966.
