Montgomery Court is located at the corner of SW 10th and Montgomery. Currently the building is used for student housing, with administrative offices for College Housing Northwest on the first floor. It contains 145 sleepers. 

The structure was constructed in two phases, in about 1916 and 1925. It has four stories and a basement. The original building was designed by A.E. Doyle Architects, and the addition by Lawrence and Holford Architects.
