Parking Two is located between SW Broadway, Montgomery, Sixth, and Mill Street. It consists of six levels (five above ground) and a total of 319 parking spaces. It is attached to University Services (USB).

Vehicle access may be attained from either Broadway or Mill. Pedestrian access is gained by way of stairways at the northwest and southeast corners (the latter is actually the middle of the east side of the block). One may also enter Parking Two from any floor of the USB, which has doors to the parking structure at the north end of the second, third, and fourth floor corridors.

The USB elevator is wheelchair accessible only from the roof level of Parking Two. To get to other campus buildings from the parking structure, one may enter the door at the roof level and go to the door at the other end of the corridor, which opens onto the skybridges to the Schools of Education (Graduate) and the School of Business Administration, Smith Memorial, and Cramer (and from those structures to Parking One and Neuberger).

Parking Two and USB were built in 1969. The architect was Witt Englund Plummer.
