The Unitus Building is located on the East side of the block between SW Lincoln Street, Grant, and fourth Avenue. It is next to the Fifth Avenue Business Center. The main entrance to the building is on the south side, and is wheelchair accessible. The building consists of six floors above ground. The Unitus Building was constructed in 1974, and designed by John F. Carson Architect.
