The University Place was built in 1969 and is an Academic Conference/Colloquium Center. The University Place was acquired February 2004.

Directions:

• FROM THE TRAIN STATION: Turn left on Broadway. Follow Broadway for approximately 2 1/2 miles. Turn left on Harrison Street . Turn right on 5th Avenue . Go 3 blocks. Turn left on Lincoln . The University Place will be two blocks on right.
• FROM THE NORTH: Follow I-5 South to Portland. Once in Portland , remain in the left lane. By-pass the first I-405 exit. Take the 2nd I-405 exit (on the left) then take the 4th Avenue exit. Turn right at the first signal. The University Place will be on the right.
• FROM THE WEST: Follow Highway 26 or 30 East to Portland . Take the Market Street/City Center exit. Turn right onto 5th Avenue . Then turn left onto Lincoln before the freeway signs. Continue through the signal, the University Place will be on the right.
• FROM THE EAST: Follow Highway 84 West to I-5 South. Take City Center/I-405 North exit. Take the Fourth Avenue exit. Turn right at the signal. The University Place will be on the right.
• FROM THE SOUTH: Follow I-5 North to City Center exit. Take I-405/Beaverton exit immediately after City Center split. Take the 4th Avenue exit. Turn right at the signal. UP will be on the right.
