University Services is located on the southeast corner of the block between SW Broadway, Montgomery, Sixth and Mill. It is attached to Parking Two and contains the offices and workshops of Facilities and Planning, Human Resources and the Career Center.

Although the main entrance to the building is on Montgomery, it can be entered from every level of Parking Two except the basement, and wheelchair entries are located at the roof level of Parking Two and on Sixth Avenue from the street.

The building consists of three floors above ground, a basement, and sub-basement. University Services was constructed in 1969, and designed by Witt-Englund-Plummer Architects.
