The King Albert Building faces east along the southern edge of the Montgomery right-of-way. The Harrison Hall is to the South, West Hall to the North, Science Two to the Northeast, and the Maryanne to the Southeast. There are entrances on both the Eleventh Avenue and Montgomery Street. At the intersection of the two, on the Northeast ground floor of the building, is a cafe called the Metro.

The building has four floors and a basement and contains 64 studio aparments. It was built in 1931, PSU acquired it in 1969.
