Situated on campus at the north end of the Park Blocks, opposite Lincoln Hall and north of the School of Extended Studies, the Parkway is a five-story student residence. It contains 7 two-bedroom apartments, 24 one-bedrooms, 10 studios, and 13 sleepers.

The Parkway Building was built in 1932. PSU acquired it in 1969.
