Campus Space, Planning, and Design

As a part of Facilities and Planning, Campus Space, Planning, and Design is responsible for the long-range physical planning and development of the University. We coordinate and work with City of Portland agencies, including the Planning Bureau, Portland Development Commission and Portland Department of Transportation. We also collaborate with a wide variety of student and community groups, including neighborhood organizations.

We strive to anticipate the growth needs spurred on by increasing student enrollment, research activities and other, often public, utilization of campus facilities. We coordinate and develop the University capital budget requests. We update the campus master plan and coordinate the campus future physical vision.
