The Stores serves as a source for maintenance materials to the tradespeople for Facilities and Planning. Other departments and offices in the university may buy the Stores materials using their index codes. Sales to individuals are prohibited.

The Stores is located in room 1 of University Services Building and can be reached at 503-725-5498.
Stores service hours are 7:30a.m. - 4:00p.m.

  • There are over 36,500 keys issued on campus at this time.
  • Service over 7,000 keyed entry doors on campus.
  • Average: Issue over 10,000 keys annually.
  • Average: Issue over 1,000 small keys annually (cabinet, desk, etc.).
  • Average: Process over 3,750 key returns annually.
  • Average: Fill over 1,000 work orders annually.
