General Public Sales

OVERVIEW

The general public is provided the opportunity to purchase PSU surplus property through PSU Surplus Store, online auctions, sealed bids and contact bids. Equipment not acquired by PSU departments, state and local governments, and qualified non-profit organizations (as determined by DAS) is offered for sale to the general public in one of the following ways:

On-line Auctions

PSU offers the general public the opportunity to bid on items via the Internet at various web-based auction sites. Use these links to participate in the bidding process. View the On-line Auction Terms and Conditions.

PSU Surplus Store

Sealed Bids or Contact Bids

Certain items are occasionally offered to the public through a "sealed bid or contact bid" process. Bid forms and information may be obtained at the Special Items category or by calling (503) 725-4921. View the Bid Terms and Conditions.
