The general public is provided the opportunity to purchase PSU surplus property through PSU Surplus Store, online auctions, sealed bids and contact bids. Equipment not acquired by PSU departments, state and local governments, and qualified non-profit organizations (as determined by DAS) is offered for sale to the general public in one of the following ways:On-line Auctions

Certain items are occasionally offered to the public through a "sealed bid or contact bid" process.
